During this exciting time of growth, our client is looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to join their team in the role of Trainee Logistics Coordinator.

Based at a key client’s depot in Bicester, the role will include maintaining effective communications with staff of both the client and the Company, whilst assisting with all transport related activities on site. This may include:

** Booking in deliveries

** Day to day communication with Drivers to ensure that operations run as required

** Administering Driver documentation effectively

** Working with the site warehouse manager and team to ensure effective operations

** Update of the intake and dispatch plan as required

** General administration duties

The successful candidate will work within a small team and will have excellent long-term opportunity for growth within an established and expanding business.

The successful candidate must:

** Have excellent communication skills;

** Work well with others to build effective professional relationships;

** Have good IT skills; and

** Be willing to learn and develop in the role.
